Why Syria, Why Now

Two dated events reopened a marketof twenty-two million people.

In December 2024 the government changed in Damascus. In May 2025 the United States announced sanctions relief. Behind both dates are millions of people returning home, and a population underserved by traditional banking systems.

One of our companies, Syrian American Wood, already operates there.

Opportunity

Waiting has a priceand it is paid in ground.

Two investors start on the same day. One waits for the market to be proven. The other is already building, and every milestone widens the gap between them — in position, in relationships, in licences.

The gap shows first in payments, telecoms and construction: the sectors a country needs as people return home, and the ones most other sectors depend on.

Tokenization

Tokenization, liquidity,revenue share.

An early investment in a private company is usually locked up until the company is sold. We issue ownership as tokens instead, which can be traded daily rather than only at a sale.

Token holders receive a share of each company’s earnings each time the accounts close.
